北京石材市场迎奥运建设百亿机遇

　　北京市建委领导王立臣、王建中就奥运建设建材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的管理，如何提高石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工技术水平等介绍了情况首先是从2004-2007年石材http://www.stonebuy.com/使用进入高峰期，预计将有300亿的"大蛋糕"，其一，从明年开始部分石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工程开始招标；其二，绿色环保指标是重要参考依据。清华大学建设工程监督站、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/养护委员会、北京重点工程办、城建设计院、城建集团单位就建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用技术的发展趋势、存在的问题；城市铁路建设石材http://www.stonebuy.com/应用情况奥运场馆情况，北京重点工程情况，应用的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品种，量等进行了介绍。

　　继钢铁行业组团进军奥运场馆建设之后，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业也开始集结兵力，目标锁定"2008"。日前，200多名石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的代表聚集在北京西联国际石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html会议厅，与北京市建委、北京市建设工程物资协会等有关部门的领导一起，共同研讨迎接北京奥运建设高潮的事宜。市建委副主任王立臣出席会议，并就石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业如何适应奥运建设提出指导意见。

　　北京市2002年完成的建筑产值为1000亿元，材料约占700亿元，其中石材http://www.stonebuy.com/约占5%，为35亿元左右。加上改造、改建等零散工程以及家庭装修、道路、园林绿化等约25亿元，总计在60亿元左右。随着奥运场馆建设的全成开展和高档建筑的大量增加、星级宾馆的新建和改建，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/用量必然加大，预计达100亿元以上。
