山东石材改制滞后致行业排名滑落

“比起福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、广东来，山东的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改制分别晚了5年和6年，直接的结果是，我们由原来的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工第一大省，变成了如今的全国第三名。”在今天上午召开的中国http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业高层论坛上，山东石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会秘书长周克继说这番话时，显得很无奈。
据悉，闽、粤等省的国有企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在上世纪90年代初开始大规模改制，一大批国有企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/转轨变型为中外合资、外商独资、股份制和民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。而一直到了1997年市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html进入低潮调整的时候，山东国有石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/才开始被迫调整。改制慢半拍造成的直接后果是，少数国有企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在低落的市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html面前无奈倒闭，而重组后新生的民营企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/因为错过了红火市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html的托举，也发展缓慢，技术工艺上不去。于是，当福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/、广东等地的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/开始以雕刻、墓碑等大量赚取外汇的时候，山东仍在向市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html供应简单的板材。
山东石材http://www.stonebuy.com/资源丰富，花色品种繁多，烟台、青岛、临沂、威海、济宁、日照6市的大理石、花岗石储量巨大。但全省316处已开发的矿山除了平邑等少数县以外，大部分还被“小、土、散、乱”的个体企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/滥挖乱采。据省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工业协会统计，目前我省共有规模以上的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/170多家，去年全省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/产量约6000万平方米。
“在关闭落后生产的小矿山、小石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的同时，我省将坚持发展与淘汰并举、并小上大相结合的原则，推进石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的战略性重组，组建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、大集团。”周克继对记者说，“因为，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大了才有利于增强规模经济，而大企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/也可以更广泛地利用经济资源和市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html空间，才可以更好地走可持续发展的道路。”
